Gagné International Homepage / About Michel Gagné / Gallery / Books & Comics

Gagné International is home to Michel Gagné, the internationally acclaimed animator whose credits include The Iron Giant, Prelude to Eden, All Dogs Go to Heaven, An American Tail, Insanely Twisted Shadow Puppets, Osmosis Jones, Star Wars: Clone Wars and numerous others.

GIP was created in 1998 by Michel and his wife Nancy. They quietly released their first book, "A Search for Meaning: The Story of Rex", in July of that year. As word of mouth spread, select bookstores in the Los Angeles area started carrying the book. The following year they added a second title, "The Mystery of He", and expanded their market on the web through Amazon.com. In 2001, with the release of their fifth book and new comic series Zed, they entered distribution deals with several books and comic distributors increasing their base to a worldwide audience.
