San
Diego Comic-Con 2005 Report
Ok,
as promised, here's my report of
this year's big convention.
Nancy
(my beloved wife) and I left Bellingham
on Saturday July 9th, our SUV packed
to the brim with books and collectibles.
I was already suffering from sheer
exhaustion before we left, having been
on a constant 7-day weekly work schedule
since the beginning of June. A couple
of weeks earlier, the couple who were
going to help us at the booth had to
cancelled the trip because of a medical
issue. Without our anticipated help,
we knew this would be an exhausting
convention. (read

Yes,
it's that time of the year. We're packing
up and getting ready to hit the road
for our annual trip to San Diego. As
usual, Nancy and I are looking forward
to meet old friends, make new ones
and interact with the fans who have
been so supportive in the past. Our
booth this year will be twice the size
of last year. We'll have all sorts
of goodies including many originals
for sale. Come and see us!
