It always cheers me up to see a positive review of ZED. I just read one this morning and thought I'd share.

Here's the video from the PAX South Battleborn panel. Some interesting discussions about design and game procedures. I was sitting in the front row and was unexpectedly asked to stand up and take a bow (around 36:35). This video will give you an idea of what I'm currently working on.
Rex continues through the screenplay stage. I provide notes and guidance, and rely on the writer to interpret my ideas in screenplay form. I'm genuinely excited by the whole process, although at this point, it doesn't require much of my time.
Working with Gearbox in the interim is a perfect match up.
PAX South was a total blast! I had so much fun. It was also a great opportunity to connect with my fellow Gearboxians. It was fantastic to see the enthusiams of the Gearbox fans. I'm starting to realize the extent of the company's fan base and it makes me appreciative to be involved to such degree on their new triple A title, Battleborn.
I'm back at work and motivated more than ever to totally push the limits of what can be achieved in real-time VFX. To have a wonderful canvas such as Battleborn to stretch my wings is a dream come true and a real challenge that keeps me on my toes every day of the week.
